In 2020, 8 organisations and groups of Romanians abroad who were experienced in mobilising diaspora philanthropy to offer support and resources to civil society back home, decided to come together as a network. We worked with them to devise an emerging strategy.
Participatory strategic planning process for a network of 10 national child protection networks, bringing together 600 child protection NGOs from 10 countries in the wider Black Sea region and Western Balkans.
In 2016, we worked with the ChildHub partner (Terre des hommes) and resource persons based in Romania to develop an advocacy plan focused on child protection services and children involved in risky migration.
