In 2020 we conducted a participatory strategic planning process for a network of 10 national child protection networks, bringing together 600 child protection NGOs from 10 countries in the wider Black Sea region and Western Balkans.

We designing and conducted a 6 month participatory strategic planning process for and with the ChildPact Network in order to define the organizational journey of the network for the next five years (2020-2024). 

The process included an initial process of evaluating achievements and challenges in the previous 5 years. This was followed by a strategic planning journey including workshop with the network’s Steering Committee and Secretariat for generating strategic scenarios/ alternatives and organised meetings for collective decision-making to generate the final list of strategic objectives. The result was a  a complete strategy with key directions, strategic and specific objectives, activities and indicators.
