In 2022 we began a process of ongoing formative evaluation with a focus on learning using the Critical Friend methodology for the 3rd consecutive European Presidency Projects funded by the European Commission DEAR programme and implemented by three national NGDO platforms (Concord Sweden, Coordination Sud France, FORS Czechia) )and CONCORD Europe. 

Our role as Critical Friends has been to enhance reflection and learning between the platforms on how they engage with each other and with CONCORD structures, how they can use that engagement better for mutual gains etc. 

Our team provided regular reporting on progress achieved on these goals, as well as support to articulate outcomes and monitor impact.
