Irina Pop

Irina is a civil society professional with more than 13 years developing programs and advocacy for NGOs as well as consulting on strategy, research and impact evaluations. She has spent 5 years developing programmes to support, empower and develop the capacity of community-based and grassroots initiatives that aim to respond to the needs of small communities and vulnerable groups. Irina has been leading evaluation processes since 2018. She has developed advocacy-focused research reports, strategies and advocacy plans for national and international organizations and for diverse networks of NGOs and community-based organizations. Designed and moderated learning and reflection processes for networks and organizations. She has Conducted research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies, both in an academic setting and action/policy research for NGOs. Irina has an MPhil in Comparative Government from the University of Oxford.
