In 2022, after having offered ongoing evaluation for the 2nd Presidency Projects, we were contracted by the team to also develop a final external evaluation of the project.

The final evaluation focused on the perspectives of external stakeholders and used the Outcome harvesting approach to showcase the most important achievements of the project.
