Flavia has over 15 years of experience in project management, communication campaigns and community building, and has been a part of several teams conducting program and organizational evaluations. Her most recent roles have been focused on supporting interventions to fulfill the rights of children with regards to education, health and protection, as well as building capacity of community-based and faith-based organisations. Flavia is highly skilled in advocacy and coalition building, having managed NGO Coalition for Structural Funds (more than 40 NGOs), a leading stakeholder in European Funds management in Romania, and led a pilot research on the funding instruments used in Romania for the European Social Fund as part of a larger advocacy effort by UN and UNICEF in Romania.
