Anemarie is a seasoned expert in all aspects of organizational, project and grant-giving program management with over 18 years’ experience on UE, Phare, USAID, DFID, and World Bank initiatives with indigenous and foreign organizations. Her experience includes designing and conducting more than 27 qualitative and quantitative evaluation processes over the last 18 years: 3 baseline stakeholder needs assessments; 3 impact evaluations; 20 informal groups analysis; 8 organizational assessments; 24 community assessments. Anemarie has an excellent command of participatory evaluations techniques (Participatory Rapid Assessment, Appreciative Inquiry, Most Significant Change) and a very good understanding of logic models, Theory of Change, KPI in context of program design and M&E. A highly skilled trainer, Anemarie has designed and delivered over 300 days of training for over 700 participants.
