Looking for a management consultant in Cluj-Napoca

We are looking to hire a full-time management consultant based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Responsibilities

1. Organizational Analysis: Conducting detailed analyses of the client organization’s current operations, including assessing internal processes, organizational culture, and overall performance.
2. Problem Identification: Recognizing and formulating issues that hinder the organization’s progress or efficiency, through techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, observations, and data analysis.
3. Strategy and Solution Development: Developing customized strategies and recommendations to optimize resources, improve processes, and increase productivity.
4. Solution Implementation: Assisting clients in implementing proposed solutions, which may include staff training, process reconfiguration, and work structure modifications.
5. Results Monitoring: Assessing the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making necessary adjustments along the way to ensure that established objectives are achieved.
6. Customer Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to continually understand their needs and contribute to business development.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Writing detailed reports on the analysis performed, including conclusions and recommendations, and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.
8. Market Research: Conducting market research to understand industry trends and conditions that may influence clients’ strategies.
9. Collaboration with other departments: Collaborating with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, production and human resources, to ensure an integrated approach to strategy implementation.
10. Project Management: Planning, organizing and coordinating consulting projects to ensure they are delivered on time and in accordance with client specifications.

Requirements

1. Higher education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, such as management, business administration, political science.
2. Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in management, marketing or a similar role within an organization.
3. Technical knowledge: Graphic design and digital marketing skills.
4. Digital communication skills: Ability and experience in the field of digital communication, creating online materials for various platforms.
5. Interpersonal skills: Ability to develop trusting relationships with clients and colleagues, having a positive and open attitude.
6. Analytical thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to process complex information, draw pertinent solutions and make informed decisions.
7. Foreign language skills: Knowledge of English is essential; knowledge of another international language in the field of development and humanitarian projects (e.g. Arabic, French) is an advantage.
8. Professional certifications: Certifications in project management or marketing are considered an advantage.

Job Requirements

1. Work Environment: The Management Consultant may work in the office or at home, but may spend some time traveling to client locations. This involves frequent meetings with various stakeholders and teams from various departments.
2. Work Schedule: Work schedules may be variable, given project deadlines and the need to adapt to client requirements, but will not exceed the norm and will not include the obligation to work unusual hours or weekends, except occasionally in the case of travel.
3. Salary: The salary package consists of a base salary and bonuses.
